HLPOCA Rules for Use of the Pavilion
The pavilion was constructed for the use and enjoyment of the members and their guests of the Huletts Landing Property Owners Civic Association. To ensure the cleanliness of the pavilion, the Board of the HLPOCA has enacted the following rules and instructions:
Hours of use – dawn to 11 PM. Use beyond 11 PM will be allowed only by permission from the Board.
Large gatherings and parties need to be scheduled ahead of time and a deposit of $50.00 will be required at the time of scheduling to cover the cost of cleaning. To request the pavilion and make the deposit, please contact Erin Esposito at erinhlpoca.com. In the event that the user keeps the grill and pavilion clean upon final inspection, the deposit will be returned.
If access to the light switches in the pavilion shed or barbeque is needed, keys will be provided by one of the key holders, listed below.
The pavilion does not have a trash receptacle, so all garbage and trash must be removed by the party who reserved the facility. This is Carry-In/Carry-Out policy. All picnic tables are to be left clean and positioned inside the pavilion.
